A clearer place to start
We have updated the Perfect Quality Care website to make it easier to explore support at home, find local information and prepare your first enquiry. The site brings our service information, location guides and contact options together in one place.
Our message remains simple: your life, your way. The updated pages put the person's daily routine, preferences and questions at the centre of the first conversation.
Prepare a care enquiry
The new care enquiry form helps you organise the practical details, including the postcode, type of support, preferred start time and how you would like to be contacted. It sends your enquiry securely to our team by email after you submit.
The care and careers forms now send submissions to their separate team inboxes by email. You can read how the forms work before using them, or call the team on 020 8407 0641.
Explore your care location
The location directory now includes 12 area guides, from Croydon and surrounding south London areas to Nottinghamshire, Lancashire, South Cumbria, Milton Keynes, Somerset, Yeovil and Hull. The guides include local resources and a route to an enquiry.
On the homepage, you can choose the area where care is needed. When an approximate location is available, the site may suggest an area; you can always change it. The guides do not announce new branch offices or guarantee local availability. We check each enquiry individually.
Careers and practical reading
People interested in working with us can use the careers page to submit an expression of interest directly to our team. This is a way to introduce yourself and your interests, rather than an advertisement for a confirmed vacancy.
Our new blog includes an enquiry checklist and an introduction to care options. We hope these help you prepare questions and take the next step with confidence.
